Some people say that I come from a different country because of the way I speak.
I sound like I don't come from Australia at all.
I my voice is of a deep tone and I am often told that I must have came from Germany even though I have been born and raised in Australia.
I don't speak like my family speaks. I don't even sound like my dad.
The rest of my external family speaks differently than I do.
Ever since I was a kid, I often felt like I was adopted.
Other people have asked me why do I speak so strange and differently.
I often tell them that the way I speak is within my DNA, but I never tell them the real truth because it is too confusing for them to understand.
It was only a year or so ago when my family finally told me that when I was younger I had a mild case of Autism.
And since it was a cognitive disability, that might have been why when I started to talk, I sounded like I had a really deep tone, and often kinda loud sometimes.
So yes, I have a mild case of Autism,
My family thought that I would grow out of it, but little did they know that Autism is there with a person for the rest of their lives.
It is not a major disability, but it can have an affect in how they can communicate to other people in society.
I have a mild case of Autism, and even though it makes my life harder, I still like myself for who I am and where I had came from to become a 24 year old man who is capable of looking after himself.
To anyone who cares, I have a mild case of Autism,
if you want to find out more about autism, read the Manga "With the Light: Raising a Child with Autism"
One day, I would like to make my own Manga about a young adult with Autism.
